Client Terms for Design Services

Original Work Only

We do not modify or work on existing designs created by others. Our goal is to deliver the best possible results by starting each project from scratch, ensuring originality and creativity in every piece.

Revisions

Please inform us of any desired revisions before 50% or more of the project is completed. This helps us integrate changes more efficiently and maintain a smooth project flow.

Timely Feedback

We rely on prompt responses to ensure timely completion. Clients must respond to drafts or revision requests within 48 hours. Failure to provide feedback within this window will result in the project being considered abandoned. A $30 reactivation fee will apply to resume work.

We Have rights

All designs created by gfxsbysamone may be used for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, portfolios, and marketing materials. The Client acknowledges that the Designer retains the right to showcase completed work unless otherwise agreed upon in writing before the project begins.

Payment

Payments for all services are non-refundable unless gfxsbysamone fails to complete or deliver the agreed-upon project. Refunds will not be issued for completed work or if the Client changes their mind after the project has started. If unforeseen circumstances prevent the Designer from fulfilling the project, a full or partial refund may be issued at the Designer’s discretion.

Turnaround Times

Web Design: 2 business weeks (mon-fri)

E-Flyers, Logos, and Other Services: 6 business days (mon-fri)

Rush Turnaround (applies to flyers and other non-web services only):

24-hour turnaround: $60

48-hour turnaround: $40

Please book accordingly if you need expedited service. Rush turnaround is not available for web design projects.

File Retention

Final design files are stored for 30 days after project completion. After that period, we are not obligated to retain your design in our database. Please be sure to download and save all deliverables within this timeframe.
