Payments for all services are non-refundable once work has started. Refunds are not given for completed work or client changes of mind. Zelle or Apple Pay may be used for services that are on sale.

Web design services have a standard turnaround time of 18 business days, calculated Monday through Friday, beginning once all required materials and payment have been received. E-flyers, logos, and other non-web design services are completed within up to 8 business days, also counted Monday through Friday. If you need your project completed sooner, rush service is available for non-web services only, with a 24-hour turnaround for an additional $60 or a 48-hour turnaround for an additional $30. Rush web design services are also available for an additional fee ranging from $100 to $200, depending on the scope and complexity of the project. Please note that booking multiple services at the same time may extend the overall turnaround time, as each service requires dedicated design, revision, and production time to ensure quality results. To avoid delays, we recommend planning ahead and booking accordingly, especially if expedited service is needed to meet a specific deadline.

Final design files are kept for 30 days after project completion. We only provide deliverables in JPG, PNG& pdf formats, so please download and save all files within this period, as we are not required to store them afterward. Thank you for your cooperation and for working with us.

All designs by gfxsbysamone may be used for promotional purposes, including portfolios, social media, and marketing, unless otherwise agreed to in writing before the project begins.

Please inform us of any desired revisions before 50% or more of the project is completed. This helps us integrate changes more efficiently and maintain a smooth project flow.

We rely on timely responses to complete projects efficiently. If no response is received within four days, the project will be considered abandoned. Work can be resumed with a $30 reactivation fee.
